1.  Bachelor  degree  or  above  ,  Material  Physics  and  Chemistry  or  Chemical  engineering. 
本科以上學歷，主修原料化學物理及化工工程。
2.  2  years  above  R&D  or  lab  ｅｘｐｅｒｉｅｎｃｅ
2年以上研發或實驗經驗。
3.  Ability  to  interact  with  cross-functional  members  and  multiple  departments  to  coordinate  project  completion.
能與其他部門相關人員合作、協調，完成項目。
4.  Must  possess  good  verbal  and  written  skills.  Proficiency  in  MS  word,  ｅｘｃｅｌ  and  Standard  windows  applications.
良好的口頭溝通及書寫能力。熟練運用MS  word,  ｅｘｃｅｌ及Windows各軟件。
5.  Good  English  in  oral,written  and  reading.
英語口語，書寫，閱讀流利。

1.  New  coloring  products  development  (crayons,  pencils,  paints,  inks…)
新產品顏料配方開發。（蠟筆，鉛筆，畫筆，顏料等）
2.  Liases  with  the  R&D  Manager  and  Lab  assistants  to  ensure  that  projects  are  planned  and  ｅｘｅｃｕｔｅｄ  in  a  timely  manner.
負責與經理及實驗助理計劃及按時完成項目進度
3.  Raw  material  analysis,  and  evaluation  ,,quality  standard  files  compilation
選擇新產品所用原材料并制訂檢測及采購標準。
4.  Design  or  developing  new  process  and  sources  related  machinery 
設計和研發新流程及搜索相關設備。
5.  Evaluation  of  the  new  process  and  pricing  of  the  new  product.
對中試數據及新產品成本、損耗進行分析。
6.  Compile  the  operating  guide  of  the  process  or  equipment
完成相關工藝文件和操作指令。
7.  Make  improvement  on  the  old  process  or  formulation
改善原有產品質量及相關工藝。
8.  Process  training
對實驗室及車間生產人員進行培訓。
