化學(xué)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷
A minimum qualification of chemistry graduate. Master’s degree is prefer
有好的有機(jī)高分子合成基礎(chǔ)
Strong background of organic and polymer chemistry.
3年以上涂料研發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，最好有液體涂料和粉末涂料兩方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Above 3 years experience in coating industry, preferably both liquid and powder coating
有耐高溫和不粘含氟聚合物涂料的經(jīng)驗(yàn)可以加分
Experience of high temperature resistant, no-stick fluoropolymer coating is a plus
熟悉國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)原材料
Knowledge of raw materials within China and also global
有創(chuàng)新思維能力
Creative thinking ability
能按計(jì)劃按時(shí)完成工作任務(wù)
Ability to work to a plan deliver results within agreed timescale
良好的溝通能力
Good communication skill,
較強(qiáng)的質(zhì)量，安全和環(huán)境保護(hù)觀念

Develop value added ,never been done new products
搜索評(píng)估新的原材料
Search and evaluate new raw materials
系統(tǒng)記錄并保存所有研發(fā)和測(cè)試的報(bào)告（必要時(shí)需用英文），并與相關(guān)同事分享。
Maintain records of all developments and testing in Chinese and English if necessary, share with units as instructed
