具體要求:
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with manager in sales data analysing, report writing, telephone calls, correspondence, travel and meeting arrangement, activity organization, filing etc.;
- Provide support for sales campaign and activities such as sales meeting, presentation, seminar and distributor meeting, etc.;
- Co-operate with Sales Managers and sales team to collect the sales data, forecast, claims, expenses, advances, goods return, product request and all procedural control and reporting;
- Improve the internal and external communication by telephones, mail, documents circulation and immediate feedback;
- Handle internal department request, information and follow up, together with the coordination and consolidation of any kind of report;
- Coordinate the commission registration and filing with the support from other sales assistant;
- Provide secretarial support to the Business Director.
Job Requirements:
- College or above;
- About two years' relevant working experience;
- Good at Mandarin and English;
- Proficient computer skill with MS Office;
- Good communication and coordination skill;
- Work with accuracy and team work-orientated.
