Job Responsibilities:
- Receive the order request from customer and confirm the order information with customer;
- Creating the sales order in BPCS;
- Exchange the information between plant and customer;
- Appling for the order release before delivery if required;
- Following up the order transportation;
- Notice finance to issue invoice and send invoice to customer;
- Filling all the related documents including order request, system order, delivery tickets and invoice;
Job Requirements:
- College or above;
- About two years' relevant working experience;
- Good at Mandarin and English;
- Proficient computer skill with MS Office;
- Good communication and coordination skill;
- Work with accuracy and team work-orientated.
