具體要求：
REQUIREMENTS:
1. 高中及技校以上相關(guān)學(xué)歷
2. 3-4年以上化工, 涂料產(chǎn)品經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3. 具備與客戶快速建立關(guān)系的能力，較強(qiáng)的技術(shù)和解決問題能力；
4. 較強(qiáng)的溝通能力，以及電腦應(yīng)用技能。
崗位職責(zé)：
JOB OBJECTIVES :
Primary objective is providing technical expertise in both processes and products and solve customer＇s technical problems and consultation on troubleshooting problems.
MAIN TASKS:
1. Support Area Sales Representative / Ｅxecutive and customers by providing technical expertise in both processes and products and solve customer＇s technical problems and provide solutions including testing and suitability and consultation on troubleshooting problems.
2. Introduce, demonstrate and promote all current and new products.
3. Conduct product and system training programs (On-Site Supports).
4. Conduct technical services training to Co-Hire Employees (Technical Service).
5. Conduct regular coaching, and counseling to build motivation and monitoring to Co-Hire Employees (Technical Service) performance.
6. Evaluate competitive situations and recommend appropriate tactics.
7. Submit monthly report and current competitive activity.
