3. 具備與客戶快速建立關系的能力，較強的技術和解決問題能力；
4. 較強的溝通能力，以及電腦應用技能。

JOB OBJECTIVES :
Primary objective is providing technical expertise in both processes and products and solve customer’s technical problems and consultation on troubleshooting problems.
MAIN TASKS:
1. Support Area Sales Representative / Ｅxecutive and customers by providing technical expertise in both processes and products and solve customer’s technical problems and provide solutions including testing and suitability and consultation on troubleshooting problems.
2. Introduce, demonstrate and promote all current and new products.
3. Conduct product and system training programs (On-Site Supports).
4. Conduct technical services training to Co-Hire Employees (Technical Service).
5. Conduct regular coaching, and counseling to build motivation and monitoring to Co-Hire Employees (Technical Service) performance.
6. Evaluate competitive situation
