POSITION  SUMMARY: 

Responsibilities  of  this  position  will  include  the  development,  product  modification,  reformulation  and  maintenance  of  chemical  coatings  products.  Focus  is  concerned  with  short 
term  projects,  and  shall  include  the  resolution  of  customer  complaints  and  manufacturing/formulation  related  problems. 

Position  is  also  responsible  for  providing  field  support  as  needed  and  could  require  up  to  10%  travel. 

POSITION  ACCOUNTABILITIES: 
·Timely  and  accurate  eｘecution  of  product  testing  on  production  material. 
·Timely  and  accurate  eｘecution  of  product  formulations  and  testing. 
·Maintenance  of  safe  operating  procedures  through  complete  knowledge  of  safety  rules  and  lab  procedures. 
·Resolution  of  problems  relating  to  products  and  processed  accomplished  in  a  timely  manner. 
·Establishing  and  maintaining  effective  relationships  with  those  in  line  of  work.

·With  strong  interface  from  lab  manager,  supervises  3-6  technical  people  to  complete  subjects. 
·Operates  under  moderate  to  limited  supervision. 
·Full  working  contacts  with  other  functions  （mfg.,  mktg.,  suppliers,  customers.） 
·May  supervise  and  appraise  up  to  four  lower  level  professionals/technicians. 
·Flooring  coating  experiences  preferential.
