崗位職能： 
1、了解涂料/油墨市場需求，熟悉涂料/油墨在相關(guān)市場的需求。 
2、熟悉涂料/油墨的研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)工藝及流程，能熟練使用各種實(shí)驗(yàn)檢測設(shè)備。 
3、負(fù)責(zé)配漆、制漆等小試實(shí)驗(yàn)。負(fù)責(zé)制作樣品及性能檢測用樣板。 
4、能按客戶的要求完成小試、供樣、試樣、原材料篩選與推薦、客戶投訴等工作流程中的工作。 
5、負(fù)責(zé)撰寫產(chǎn)品評估報(bào)告及產(chǎn)品的相關(guān)技術(shù)文件。 
6、完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。 
Responsibilities: 
1.  Know  about  the  marketing  of  coating/ink,  and  the  related  marketing  needs. 
2.  Familiar  with  technical  research,  development  and  manufacturing  process  of  coating/ink,  skilled  with  different  kinds  of  lab  equipments. 
3.  Responsible  for  coating/ink  experiments,  making  samples  and  other  testing  panels 
4.  Responsible  for  making  samples  according  to  customers’  needs,  and  also  helping  to  seleｃt  or  recommend  raw  materials,  deal  with  their  complaints,  etc. 
5.  Write  experiment  reports  and  other  technical  documents. 
6.  Complete  other  tasks  assigned  by  the  leadership.

Qualifications 
1.  Bachelor  or  above  in  chemical  engineering 
2.  3  years  above  experience  in  coating/ink  industry 
3.  Good  at  oral  and  written  English 
4.  Good  computer  skill,  good  communication  and  organization  skills
