具體要求:
? Achieve target revenue, share, profitability and our position at strategic account.
? Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision makers at all appropriate levels within the account.
? Manage the relevant strategic account process.
? Maintain full knowledge of Axalta current and potential offerings to the Strategic account, and create appropriate opportunities to ensure the customer is fully aware of Axalta’s relevant capabilities.
? Understand the strengths and weaknesses of Axalta’s competitors at the Strategic account and seek projects to capitalize on Axalta’s strengths and eliminate Axalta’s weaknesses.
? Maintain strategic account profile (organizational structure, strategic intent, technology trends, SWOT analysis).
? Work closely with product and technical support team to achieve customer satisfaction target.
? Manage monthly Business forecast, planning and account receivable collection to achieve target goal.
Qualifications:
- Customer Focus: 3-5 years successful experience, in Sales and Business Development roles
- E-coat sales experience is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent networking capabilities and team work collaboration
- Drive initiatives, enthusiastic, natural leader of team
- Strong problem solving skills
