Principle  Accountabilities:
? Ensure  100%  compliance  on  core  operating  principle  in  all  logistics  operation  activity  within  the  assigned  warehouse.（DINS,  CAT  A  service  complaints,  Reefer  Incident,  regulation  compliance,  etc.）
? Daily  communication  with  LSP  on  the  inbound/Outbound  operation,  extended  service  fulfillment,  etc.
? Execute  all  goods  reception  or  consumption  in  SAP  timely  and  correctly.
? Arrange  the  stock  transfer  among  the  internal  warehouse/tolling  site.
? Conduct  the  inventory  control  process  in  the  assigned  warehouse  to  ensure  high  inventory  accuracy,  inventory  healthy  in  physical.
? Adjust  the  inventory  amount  or  status  in  SAP  under  the  proper  management  process.
? Enhance  supplier  KPI  performance  working  together  with  sourcing  to  improve  specifications  and  quality.
? Deliver  the  proper  warehouse  report  （Inventory  reconciliation,  damage  report,  manual  EDI  report,  etc.）  with  the  proper  frequency.
? Accountable  on  the  fixed  FPDE  management  in  the  assigned  warehouse
? Other  jobs/assignments/projects  assigned  by  the  leader.

Skill  and  Knowledge  Required:
? Bachelor  or  above  with  major  in  supply  chain,  logistics  operation.
? APICS  certification,  and/or  2  years  warehouse  daily  operation  experience
? Good  verbal  and  written  communication  capability  in  Mandarin  and  English
? Previous  experience  directly  leading,  coaching  and  developing  multi-cultural  teams.
? Well  Data  sensitive  and  Excel  Skill.
? Good  computer  application  skill,  SAP  experience  is  preferred.
? Excellent  interpersonal  communication  and  quick  problem  solving  skill  is  needed.
? Willing  to  face  the  challenging  and  fast  changing  environment.
