REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree, MPA is a plus
2. Fluent in oral and written English, and skillful in MS office (Words, Excel and Power Point)
3. Minimum of 5 years of marketing experiences in public relationship management. Experience with construction materials in real estate industry will be a plus
4. Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, both with external and internal relevant department.
5. Sensitive to a changing business and market environment
6. Work under pressure

JOB OBJECTIVES:
Establish and maintain good communication with developer and government bureaus. Assist field sales to utilize the existing sales channel and resources to maximize the business opportunity
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Liaises with marketing and sales management to understand the Project market and customer needs, identify business opportunities and develop business strategies & plans to approach the business
2. Liaises with local Sales force and marketing teams to closely monitor competitive activities and recommend indicated actions as necessary.
3. Manages key accounts to delight customers with focus on getting a sustainable business
