職位描述：

1.  Develop  new  product,  improve  exiting  formula  and  consolidate  technology  platform  independently.

6.  Responsible  for  the  experimental  DOE  design,  data  analysis,  issue  the  report  and  action  plan

7.  Assist  supervisor  to  optimize  production  process/formula  design/material  offset  to  continually  reduce  manufacturing  cycle  times  and  product  cost,  improve  quality  control  and  the  overall  performance  of  coatings.
協助優化生產流程/配方設計/材料消減以持續的縮短生產周期，降低產品成本，提高品質控制和產品性能
8.  Coach  the  Technician  and  Junior  Chemist  for  new  color  or  new  product  development  according  to  the  technology  platform,  help  them  to  improve  experiment  skills.
教導技術員及初級工程師根據技術平臺開發新顏色或新產品，幫助他們提高實驗技能

職位要求：

1.  Bachelor’s  degree  in  chemistry  or  equivalent  with  3  years  Automotive  Coatings  working  experience；
本科以上學歷，化工或相關專業，3年以上汽車涂料工作經歷；
2.  Good  Communication  and  learning  ability
良好的溝通和學習能力
3.  Adequate  English  ability  and  PC  skill,  CET-4
適當的英文能力及計算機水平，CET-4
4.  Be  able  to  work  independently  and  coach  others
