Responsibilities:

1.Manageorcoordinatetechnicalserviceworkingforassignedcustomer.
2.Participateinprocessstart-upfornewproductstoachieverapidcommercializationofourproducts.
3.Monitorprocessparameterstokeepthesubstratepreparation,coatingprocessstabilizationandwithinspecification.
4.OfcriticalimportanceisthetrainingofcustomerpersonneltooperatetheirprocesseswiththeminimalinterventionbyPPG.WorkingcloselywithengineeringfirmstoreviewcustomerlinedesignandgiverecommendationsbasedonPPGdesignconsiderations.
5.Troubleshootproblemsatcustomerlocationsandworkcloselywithlabstosuccessfullyresolveproductandprocessissues.
6.ImprovePPG’sreputationandimproveoursalesvaluebasedoncurrentaccount.

Requirements:

1.Abachelordegreeinchemistryorequivalent
2.AboveTwoyearstechnicalserviceexperienceincoatings,automotive&E-coatexperienceispreferred
3.Goodcommunicationandinterpersonalskills
4.Hard-workingandstudious


工作職責：

1.為客戶提供技術服務支持
2.積極推動新產品的研發及應用，使其盡可能快的市場化
3.對表面處理及涂料穩定性進行監督并記錄
4.為客戶提供技術培訓，讓其流程符合PPG的要求
5.現場為客戶排除故障，通過與實驗室的緊密合作，成功解決產品及工藝環節上出現的問題
6.維護PPG聲譽，提高PPG在現有客戶心目中的形象

工作要求：

1.本科以上文憑，化工類或者相關專業
2.兩年以上涂料行業內工作經驗,汽車零配件及電泳漆涂料經驗優先
3.有較強的溝通表達
4.吃苦耐勞，勤奮好學
