崗位：高級工藝工程師 
工作描述 
1.  負責公司產品工藝的建立和完善； 
2.  負責公司涂布設備選型、維護、改善； 
3.  負責產品從配方開發試制、調試反饋修改到最終確定生產工藝的全部過程； 
4.  負責公司的其它技術方面的事務。 

要求 
1.  高分子或者相關專業大本以上學歷； 
2.  在PET保護膜、OCA、硬化膜等方面從事涂布工藝開發及產品開發至少2年以上經驗； 
3.  具有系統分析問題解決問題的能力，； 
4.  了解涂布設備及工藝，并具有把配方和工藝結合的能力； 
5.  具有高度的工作自覺性、事業心和自律性； 
6.  正直、誠信
