具體要求：
* 化工相關專業，本科學歷
* 三年以上塑膠涂料相關工作經驗,具有UV涂料產品開發、技術支持經驗者優先考慮
* 英語四級或以上
* 踏實、認真、負責
* 具有良好的分析和解決問題能力
* 具有團隊合作精神
崗位職責：
* 外部技術支持
1.客戶投訴的分析及解決root cause analysis and solution for trouble shooting
2.到客戶現場作技術支持和指導,參加客戶的線試line trial support for customer
3.樣板樣油制做Dry sample and wet free sample made
4.出具詳細的測試及分析報告提供相關客戶offer analysis and testing report
* 內部技術支持Inside technical support
1.對生產中遇到的問題進行分析，提供解決方案和糾正預防措施offer the proposal and preventive action to production
2.對新配方投產進行生產跟蹤Following up the process of the new
3.優化生產工藝及品控參數 optimize the produce process and QC productionprocess
* 配方驗證與改善Formula validation and modification
1.對新開發的配方進行驗證new formula
2.對舊配方進行重新驗證或調整以改善產品revalidation or modification for old formula validation
3.對驗證的產品進行全面的性能測試 general performance testing for the product
* 客訴處理 Customer
1.原因分析Root cause analysecomplaint
2.提供糾正預防措施Offer the preventive action
