職位要求：
1.The  incumbent  conduct  routine  QC  tests  and  color  match  according  to  the  relative  SOP  on  in-process  and  finished  Auto  products  to  ensure  the  quality  within  the  specifications.  Approve  the  qualified  products,  control  the  unqualified  products  to  avoid  ship  to  customer.  根據操作流程對水性汽車涂料在制品、半成品、成品進行配色并檢驗，保證制程中的半成品、出廠產品質量符合規格要求。放行檢查合格的成品，控制生產中檢查出的不合格品，避免其流向下道工序。
2.Investigate  quality  abnormal  and  customer’s  complaining.  Take  action  to  the  quality  problem  and  quality  improvement.  調查質量異常和客戶抱怨，分析不良質量原因，提出處理方案和改進措施。
3.Housekeeping/5S  of  the  QC  lab  Understand  and  Meet  PPG  Tianjin  Quality/EHS  requirements.  Shift  Work.  QC實驗室的清潔維護、5S提高，理解和滿足公司關于質量體系和EHS體系的要求。倒班工作。（上四休四，白班8:00-18:30，夜班18:30-05:00）

職位要求：
1.本科學歷，化工類相關專業。
2.一年以上水性涂料相關經驗
3.良好的實驗室工作技能。
4.良好的溝通技巧及團隊精神。
5.良好的英文及計算機知識。
