3.  Documents  and  summarizes  data  and  makes  interpretation  and  experimental  conclusion.

4.  Optimize  production  process  to  continually  reduce  manufacturing  cycle  times  and  product  cost,  improve  quality  control  and  and  the  overall  performance  of  coatings
優化生產過程以減少產品生產周期和成本，提高質量控制和涂料性能
5.  Work  with  the  production  and  QC  team  to  ensure  that  all  products  are  designed  for  efficient  manufacture  and  meet  quality  requirements
與生產和QC團隊合作，確保所有產品開發符合質量及生產效率要求
6.  Work  with  TSSR  team  in  the  lab  and  the  field  on  trouble  shooting  under  supervisor
與技術服務和銷售團隊合作，在指導下解決現場及實驗室出現的涂料應用問題
7.  Identify  new  raw  materials  and  technologies  for  raw  material  replacement  to  cost  saving,  single  source  and  urgent  raw  material  shortage
探尋新的原材料和技術作為替代品以節約成本，避免原料來源單一和緊缺的問題
8.  Maintain  equipment  and  laboratory  facilities  consistent  with  safety  and  quality  principals
維護儀器和實驗室設備以符合安全和質量要求

Requirements  要求：
1.  A  bachelor’s  degree  in  chemical  engineering,  chemistry,  or  related  fields
本科學歷,  化工、化學或相關專業
2.  3  years  experience  in  coatings
3年涂料行業工作經驗
3.  Competent  in  written  and  spoken  English
良好的英語寫作和口語能力
4.  Good  presentation  skills.
良好的表達能力
