Position Title: Technical Support Specialist
Based: Shanghai, Xinzhuang, RTC Center
Brief Job Description:
The recruitment is mainly responsible for the application simulation and troubleshooting to support new projects/products launching.
· Carry out the lab experimental works independently, Implement the application tests for clarification:
o New Product application window.
o New Product-mix system testing
o Line simulation with different process, booth condition, and customer’s requirements.
· Support the new project launching with good management according to SOP.
· Support the new product launching with well preparation.
· Troubleshooting: Close communication with onsite service and customers to well understand the problems/complaints, take lead the teamwork to figure out the best solution.
· Good Paper work and documentation.
· Support the daily management of paint samples, test equipment in lab;
· Keep the lab working area compliance with Axalta 5S and SHE Policy.
Qualification:
· College degree with major in chemical, chemical engineering.
· At least 5 years’ technical, technical support experience in paint&coatings industry.
· Good ability in Written and Reading English, Oral would be preferred.
· Good Windows & MS Office computer skills for work report
· Character Traits: Diligent, must be able to work alone, motivated and self-starter, responsible, persistent, passionate, and communicator.
· Willing to travel for onsite technical support (approx.30%).
