Job  Description:
-  The  incumbent  is  responsible  for  the  technical  service  and  sales  function  from  prospecting  new  accounts  in  Powder（粉末）market.
-Monitor  process  parameters  to  keep  the  substrate  preparation,  coating  process  stabilized  and  within  specification.
-Troubleshoot  problems  at  customer  locations  and  work  closely  with  labs,  TSR  and  sales  to  successfully  resolve  product  and  process  issues.
-Participate  in  process  start-up  at  new  customer  locations  to  achieve  rapid  commercialization  of  their  products
-  Assure  account  profitability  by  managing  DSOs,  Accounts  Receivables,  Inventory  levels,  and  returns  at  acceptable  levels.

Job  Requires:
1.  A  college  degree  in  Chemicals  or  equivalent  experience  with  about  3  years  of  sales  experience  is  required
2.  Good  communication  skills  and  English  are  also  required
3.  Familiar  with  Powder  coatings  are  MUST
