1.Establishandintegrateafilingsystemregardingcustomer’sinformation,pricelistandsalesorder,andＵpdatethemaccordingtomarketchanges;
在系統(tǒng)中建立和更新客戶、訂單
2.Coordinatewithrelatedpartiestofollowupthepayment,production,shipmentandcomplaint;
協(xié)調(diào)相關(guān)配合方，跟進付款、訂單、生產(chǎn)、發(fā)貨和投訴；
3.Beresponsibleoftheservicetosalesteamregardingthesalesandmarketingactivities;
負責在相關(guān)銷售和市場活動中協(xié)助銷售團隊；
4.SalesinformationmanagementinOracleandprovidethedataanalysisreport;
管理銷售信息，并提供數(shù)據(jù)分析報告；
5.BeresponsibleforthedocumentscollectingandpreparationwhichservetheISOInternalandExternalAudit;
負責銷售ISO體系審核資料的收集和準備；
6.Othertasksassignedbysupervisor.
主管安排的其他工作。
教育背景及相關(guān)專業(yè)技能
1.Abovebachelordegree;
大專以上學歷；
2.GoodcommandofMicrosoftOfficetools,esp.Excel,PowerPoint.Oracleexperienceispreferable.
良好的計算機能力，熟練使用Office軟件。有Oracle使用經(jīng)驗更佳。
3.GoodspokenandwrittenEnglish.
良好的英語溝通能力。
4.Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills,positivemindandgoodteamspirit;
優(yōu)秀的溝通和人際交往能力，熱情，并富有良好的團隊精神；
5.Self-Motivatedandcanworkunderpressure
