維護并改進現(xiàn)有流程及新程序，以優(yōu)化工作流，有效利用資源

負責(zé)實驗操作的合規(guī)性及有效性
5.Leadtheresearchprojectandmonitortheprocess,keeptimelyＵpdatetoTechnicalManager
領(lǐng)導(dǎo)研發(fā)項目的實施，并跟蹤項目進程，及時向技術(shù)經(jīng)理更新狀態(tài)
6.Establishshorttermtrainingprogramsforteam,conductinternal/externaltrainingaccordingtobusinessrequired
為團隊建立短期的培訓(xùn)項目，根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需要實施內(nèi)部/外部培訓(xùn)

與生產(chǎn)，品控，采購及技術(shù)服務(wù)團隊緊密合作


職位要求：

1.Bachelor’sdegreeinchemistryorequivalent
本科以上學(xué)歷，化工或相關(guān)專業(yè)
2.Atleast5yearsworkingexperience,2yearstechnicalmanagementexperience
5年以上汽車涂料技術(shù)經(jīng)驗，2年技術(shù)部門管理經(jīng)驗
3.Strongleadershiptoorganizeteamwork
較強的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力，以組織團隊日常工作
4.GoodcommandofEnglish
良好的英文能力
