職位描述：
1.TheincumbentconductroutineQCtestsaccordingtotherelativeSOPonin-processandfinishedWatercoatingtoensurethequalitywithinthespecifications.Approvethequalifiedproducts,controltheunqualifiedproductstoavoidshiptocustomer.根據操作流程對水性漆在制品、半成品、成品進行檢驗，保證制程中的半成品、出廠產品質量符合規(guī)格要求。放行檢查合格的成品，控制生產中檢查出的不合格品，避免其流向下道工序。2.Investigatequalityabnormalandcustomer’scomplaining.Takeactiontothequalityproblemandqualityimprovement.調查質量異常和客戶抱怨，分析不良質量原因，提出處理方案和改進措施。
3.Housekeeping/5SoftheQClabUnderstandandMeetPPGTianjinQuality/EHSrequirements.ShiftWork.QC實驗室的清潔維護、5S提高，理解和滿足公司關于質量體系和EHS體系的要求。倒班工作。
