？ Conduct  the  MPS  process  to  review  the  supply/demand  performance,  inventory  performance,  pre-alarm  on  the  supply  constrain,  etc.
？ Conduct  the  MRP  process  to  initiate  the  tolling  plan  and  raw  material  purchase  plan.
？ Place  the  purchase  order  to  contract  manufacturing  supplier  according  to  the  request  shown  in  the  SAP  system  or  manually  and  keep  the  close  communication  to  ensure  the  supply  reliability.
？ Handle  the  MRO  procurement  in  ez-source  system；  track  each  purchase  order’s  on-time  delivery
？ Monitor  the  3rd  party  RM  supplier’s  delivery  performance  by  KPI  dashboard；  work  with  sourcing  on  the  continuous  improvement  for  supplier’s  service  level,  order  MOQ,  order  lead  time,  etc.
？ Monitor  the  total  inventory  and  IE  inventory  effectively  to  meet  the  target  delegated.  Lead  the  IE  settlement  process.
？ Key  interface  with  sales,  demand  management,  customer  service,  marketing,  engineering  and  production  for  the  purpose  of  satisfying  customer  requirements.
？ Create  the  GMC  code  and  timely  maintain  the  material  master  data’s  setup  in  SAP  correctly.
？ Collect  the  invoice  from  the  supplier  and  go  through  the  payment  process  according  to  the  corporate  policy.
？ Support  to  complete  the  monthly  inventory  reconciliation  and  the  related  inventory  adjustment.
？ Tightly  communicate  with  CA  to  support  the  management  of  CM.
？ Other  jobs/assignments/projects  assigned  by  supervisor
Qualification:
？ Bachelor  or  above  with  major  in  Supply  Chain,  Logistics,  Business,  International  Trade
？ Minimum  3  years  experience  in  the  supply  chain  daily  operation.
？ Strong  interpersonal  and  communication  skills  to  link  different  departments  and  deliver  the  result.
？ Proactive  and  be  able  to  work  under  pressure.
？ Well  Data  sensitive  and  Excel  Skill.
？ Good  English  skills  including  speaking  and  writing.
？ Good  computer  application  skill,  SAP  experience  is  preferred
