崗位職責：
工作所在地：山東省博興工業區
主要職責：
1)負責科瑞項目團隊安全、按時按質按量完成科瑞的訂單
ResponsiblefortheentireKeruiProjectteam,toensureon-time-in-fullfullfillallKeruiorders.
2)根據客戶的訂單的需求，負責組織編排每日生產計劃并跟蹤生產進度,安排處理急單的交貨
Responsibletothedailyproductionplanningandfollowuptheprogress.Dealwithsomeurgentbatch
3)和客戶服務部、技術部及時溝通，對生產異常、客戶投訴等的進行分析，找到根本原因并采取糾正預防措施。
CoordinatewithCSD、TechnicalDept.dealwiththeexceptionalproductionandcustomercomplaininvestigation，findtherootcauseandtakecorrectiveandpreventiveaction.
4)管理生產團隊的整個生產過程按照SOP的要求完成、倉庫物料流動過程
ToensuretheproductionteamtofullfilltheproductionprocessaccordingtoSOP.Ensurematerialflowwprocessinwarehouse.
5)保證生產現場符合QM&SHE，5S的要求
EnsuretheproductionfacilitiescomplytotherulesofQMandEHSand5S.
6)對生產工藝做優化、改良，提高生產質量、效率和安全度

7)與上海工廠團隊協調，確保物料庫存的合理安排
