裝備部品制造集團(tuán)簡稱EPG（英文全稱：Equipment  Product  Group）：裝備部品制造集團(tuán)是海爾六大集團(tuán)之一，致力于家電、電子、通訊、汽車等領(lǐng)域的裝備部品的研發(fā)、制造。產(chǎn)品涉及模具、注塑、鈑金沖壓、電腦板、電機(jī)、彩色鋼板、改性塑料、粉末、印刷包裝等10多個(gè)行業(yè)，集團(tuán)總部位于青島高科技工業(yè)園，生產(chǎn)基地遍及青島、武漢、合肥、大連、順德等海爾全球13個(gè)工業(yè)園區(qū)，集團(tuán)現(xiàn)有1萬多名員工，1000多名專業(yè)研發(fā)人員?？梢詾槟峁漠a(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)、模具加工、部品制造到產(chǎn)品包裝全流程成套服務(wù)。

模具PL
　　模具PL現(xiàn)有員工千余人，具備專業(yè)的CAD/CAM/CAE等軟件工程師設(shè)計(jì)隊(duì)伍，擁有包括大型以及高速、高精密加工設(shè)備、精密檢測(cè)設(shè)備在內(nèi)的各類專業(yè)設(shè)備200余臺(tái)，主要生產(chǎn)各類塑料注射成型模具、鈑金沖壓模具、吸附發(fā)泡模具。注塑模具年生產(chǎn)能力達(dá)1500套，模具重達(dá)40噸，是國內(nèi)最具競(jìng)爭力的模具研制開發(fā)基地之一。

塑膠鈑金PL
　　塑膠鈑金PL主要是塑料加工和鈑金加工兩部分，在青島、膠州、黃島、合肥、大連、武漢、重慶、順德等地具備加工中心。精密的塑料產(chǎn)品及加工部品在制造行業(yè)及其它領(lǐng)域內(nèi)被廣泛應(yīng)用，我們作為國內(nèi)最大的塑料加工基地之一，以高差別化、個(gè)性化的塑料產(chǎn)品，強(qiáng)大的塑料件二次加工能力，為海爾集團(tuán)實(shí)現(xiàn)品牌國際化提供強(qiáng)大的支持，同時(shí)不斷為其他客戶提供同樣優(yōu)秀的產(chǎn)品。屬青島市高新技術(shù)企業(yè)，現(xiàn)為中國塑料協(xié)會(huì)副理事長單位，先后通過了ISO9001：2000版質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證、ISO14001環(huán)境體系認(rèn)證。通過積極跟蹤應(yīng)用國際領(lǐng)先的新材料、新技術(shù)、新工藝贏得市場(chǎng)。

材料集成PL
　　材料集成PL主要研究產(chǎn)品外觀，是產(chǎn)品外觀設(shè)計(jì)方案的提供者。專業(yè)從事高性能改性塑料研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)和銷售。同時(shí)引進(jìn)國際先進(jìn)的熱固性粉末涂料、塑料板材和特種涂料生產(chǎn)檢測(cè)設(shè)備，擁有年產(chǎn)近萬噸粉末涂料、塑料板材的生產(chǎn)能力。產(chǎn)品廣泛應(yīng)用于家電電器、機(jī)械設(shè)備、汽車部件、醫(yī)療設(shè)施、廚房用具等多種行業(yè)。

電控集成PL
　　電控集成PL主要是智能電子和章丘海爾電機(jī)兩部分。
　　智能電子主要生產(chǎn)電腦板、顯示板系列，充電器系列，遙控器系列，消費(fèi)類電子，液晶顯示模塊  ，為家電控制系統(tǒng)一體化解決方案的提供者。擁有國內(nèi)最先進(jìn)的貼片機(jī)、插件機(jī)、回流爐、波峰焊、灌膠機(jī)，ICT等智能專業(yè)加工檢測(cè)設(shè)備，能夠提供從產(chǎn)品的前端設(shè)計(jì)到優(yōu)質(zhì)部品生產(chǎn)的整套服務(wù)。具有家電及通信用高級(jí)智能控制技術(shù)的開發(fā)及計(jì)算機(jī)控制的微電子模塊的生產(chǎn)能力。

電機(jī)PL
　　章丘海爾電機(jī)有限公司是海爾集團(tuán)唯一的電機(jī)生產(chǎn)制造公司，現(xiàn)有員工2000多人，擁有資產(chǎn)2.6億元，產(chǎn)能達(dá)3000萬臺(tái)，逐步形成以滾筒洗衣機(jī)電機(jī)，波輪洗衣機(jī)電機(jī)，空調(diào)各類電機(jī)，空調(diào)、冰箱壓縮機(jī)電機(jī)四大系列電機(jī)，涵蓋其他家用電器電機(jī)。

Equipment  Product  Group  (EPG)
As  one  of  the  six  groups  of  Haier  Group,  EGP  is  devoted  to  the  research  and  development,  and  manufacture  of  equipment  products  in  household  appliances,  electronics,  telecommunications,  and  automotive.  Our  products  cover  more  than  10  industries  including  mold,  injecting  machine,  punching,  computer  board,  motor,  color  steel  plate,  plastics,  powder,  and  printing  and  wrapping.  The  group  is  located  in  Qingdao  High-tech  Industry  Park,  with  manufacturing  bases  in  more  than  13  industrial  park  of  Haier  Group,  such  as  Qingdao,  Wuhan,  Hefei,  Dalian,  and  Shunde.  The  Group  now  has  more  than  10,000  workers,  with  more  than  1000  professional  research  persons. 

PD  center 
With  more  than  400  professional  household  appliances  development  &  design  staff  in  the  PD  center,  our  major  responsibility  is  to  provide  Haier  Group  with  the  design  of  white  household  appliances  (such  as  refrigerator,  air-conditioner,  impeller  washer,  rolling  washer  and  water  heater,  etc)  and  black  household  appliances  (Flat  TV,  for  instance),  including  products  structure  design,  engineering  plastic  development,  module  design,  electronic  control  design,  electromotor  design,  CAT  analysis  and  evaluation  of  product  structure  and  performance,  processing  and  manufacturing  of  rapid  prototype  and  rapid  module  and  product  revere  mapping  and  design,  as  well  as  complete  design  solution  for  various  household  appliances.  Besides,  we  have  absorbed  in  Germanic  Atos  scanner,  three-coordinate  scanner  and  rapid  prototyping  devices. 

Mold  PL
Mold  PL  has  more  than  1000  workers,  professional  CAD/CAM/CAE  software  engineers,  200  specialized  high  speed  and  precision  processing  equipments,  inspection  and  testing  equipments.  Mold  PL  are  mainly  engaged  in  production  of  various  injecting  molds,  punching  molds,  and  foam  molds,  with  annual  capacity  of  more  than  1500  sets,  mold  weight  of  40  tons.  It  is  one  of  the  competitive  mold  research  and  manufacture  bases  in  China. 

Plastic  steel  plate  PL
Plastic  steel  plate  PL  is  divided  into  plastic  processing  and  steel  plate  processing.  It  has  processing  centers  in  Qingdao,  Jiaozhou,  Huangdao,  Hefei,  Dalian,  Wuhan,  Chongqing,  and  Shunde.  For  the  precision  and  high  quality,  our  products  are  widely  used  in  manufacture  industries  and  others.  As  one  of  the  largest  plastic  processing  centers  in  China,  we  provide  powerful  support  for  Haier  Group  to  internationalize  the  products  based  on  the  great  capacity  in  secondary  processing  and  customized  products.  Plastic  steel  plate  PL  is  a  high-tech  enterprise  in  Qingdao  and  the  deputy  agent  unit  of  China  Association  of  Plastic.  We  were  certificated  ISO9001:2000  quality  system  and  ISO14001  environment  system.  We  will  open  larger  markets  with  our  leading  new  materials,  technologies,  and  processes. 

Material  Integration  PL
Material  Integration  PL  is  the  supplier  of  product  cosmetic  design  in  addition  to  the  research  of  cosmetic.  We  are  specialized  in  the  research  and  development,  production,  and  sales  of  high  performance  plastics.  We  introduced  internationally  advanced  thermal  solid  powder  paint,  plastic  plate,  and  special  paint  equipments,  with  annual  capacity  of  nearly  10000  tons  of  powder  paint  and  plastic  plate.  The  products  are  widely  used  in  household  appliances,  machinery,  automotive  parts,  medical  equipments,  and  kitchen  tools. 

Electric  control  PL
Electric  control  PL  is  composed  of  intelligent  electronics  and  Zhangqiu  Haier  Electromotor.
Intelligent  electronics  manufactures  computer  board,  display  series,  charger  series,  remote  control  series,  consumptive  electronics,  and  crystal  display  module.  We  are  the  supplier  of  electric  control  solutions.  We  have  the  domestically  advanced  chip  mounter,  plug-in  unit,  reflux  furnace,  wave  crest  weld,  injecting  machine,  and  ICT.  We  are  able  to  provide  services  from  front  design  to  production.  We  have  the  capacity  to  research  and  develop  high  intelligent  control  for  household  and  telecommunications,  and  computer  controlled  electronic  modules. 

Electromotor  PL
Zhangqiu  Haier  Electromotor  Co.,  Ltd  is  the  only  company  that  manufactures  electromotor  in  Haier  Group  and  at  present,  it  contains  a  group  of  staff  of  more  than  2000  members,  260  million  assets  and  a  production  capacity  of  30  million  sets.  Since  all  these  years’  development,  it  has  formed  a  status  of  manufacturing  four  series  of  electromotor  mainly,  respectively  rolling  washer  electromotor,  impeller  washer  electromotor,  various  electromotor  of  air-conditioner  and  electromotor  of  air-conditioner  and  refrigerator  compressor,  and  also  covers  other  household  appliances  electromotor. 

Haier  electromotor  has  been  succeeded  in  connecting  between  technology  and  market  by  regarding  highly  of  “Science  and  technology  constitute  a  primary  productive  force”,  exploring  the  markets  with  its  advanced  technology  and  improve  the  relevant  technologies  with  market  effect.  In  the  recent  years,  we  have  developed  four  series  of  products,  totally  about  300  kinds  of  specifications  and  models  which  are  at  world-level  and  the  first  in  domestic  as  they  are  DC  brushless  electromotor,  three-phase  inverter  electromotor  and  high-efficiency  refrigerator  compressor  electromotor  for  the  use  of  air-conditioners  and  washers,  covering  the  products  from  washer,  air-conditioner,  refrigerator,  household  burner,  compressor  to  other  household  appliances.  With  many  famous  companies  being  our  customers,  such  as  Samsung,  LG,  Whirlpool,  Electrolux,  Italy  RIELLO,  Xinfei,  Meiling  and  Chunlan,  etc,  we  have  been  widely  known  as  a  large-scale  production  and  export  base  with  the  most  complete  kinds  of  household  appliances  in  domestic  and  the  largest  market  share.
